Your jilli4 Account wallet holds your Player Funds and Bonus Funds separately. Player Funds represent real-money deposits and withdrawable winnings. Bonus Funds represent promotional credits subject to applicable wagering requirements. jilli4 maintains segregated player fund accounts in compliance with PAGCOR requirements, ensuring that Player Funds are protected and not commingled with jilli4's operational funds.
An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jilli4 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month to inactive Accounts with a remaining balance, following written notice to the registered email address. jilli4 will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying any inactivity fee.
jilli4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jilli4 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your jilli4 Account wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your Account, depending on the processing times of the originating bank. jilli4 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed by jilli4 within the following timeframes:
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit on your Account. jilli4 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.

In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, all Bonus Funds credited to your jilli4 Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. jilli4 reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion. Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion's terms will expire and be automatically removed from your Account wallet. jilli4 will not reinstate expired Bonus Funds under any circumstances.
All games available on the jilli4 Platform that involve an element of chance use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. jilli4 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, jilli4 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager placed for that round to the Player's Account wallet. jilli4 will not be liable for any losses or missed winnings resulting from a technical malfunction beyond the refund of the affected wager.
jilli4 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues on the Player's end. If a disconnection occurs during a live game round, jilli4's server logs will be used to determine the outcome of the round. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection while using the jilli4 Platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilli4 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all Account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilli4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jilli4 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
jilli4's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jilli4 Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Player Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
jilli4 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jilli4 will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
jilli4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jilli4 determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent authority. Upon termination for cause, jilli4 may forfeit any Bonus Funds in your Account. Player Funds will be returned to you in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines, subject to any outstanding investigations.
You may close your jilli4 Account at any time by contacting jilli4's support team via live chat or email. Upon Account closure, any remaining Player Funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method within five (5) business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to jilli4's internal dispute resolution process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through jilli4's internal process within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. Players may also seek recourse through the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.
jilli4's decisions regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and Account status are final and binding, subject only to PAGCOR's oversight and applicable Philippine law.
